Lately, nap time is the worst part of the day. If Sam takes a good morning nap then he won't take his afternoon nap. He'll play or cry through the whole thing. Or sometimes he'll play/cry through the whole morning nap and then take a long afternoon nap. Is he old enough to be taking only one nap a day? It seems a little early for that? I'm perplexed.

There are no fast rules yet. When he is tired put him down. When you are tired, put him down. Eventually you will figure it out. When he is a teenage the opposite is true. He will only wake up to eat, go to school, and drive you nuts....
